The SPE-AMEREX High Pressure dust collector can be modified in a number of ways including steel gauge and type, inlet and outlet configurations, pressure or vacuum requirements, custom bag lengths and arrays, to name just a few.
SPE-AMEREX's Low/Intermediate Pressure baghouses feature offline cleaning, conservative air to cloth ratios, sophisticated PLC controls and interlocks, long bag life, easy access, insulation to minimize acid gas condensation, high quality ash removal systems, hopper heaters and vibrators. Other benefits of using SPE-AMEREX designed and built fabric filters incude:
- Tuned blow tube design which balances cleaning air flow into each bag
- CFD designed components provide low updraft velocities, dual flow baffling, and minimizing/elimination of turbulent and dead flow zones
- Some units also have drop bottom inlet manifolds with large hoppers and lowered inlet dampers, all to handle large dust loads.
