Eastern University
This project involves three boilers with spray dryer absorbers and fabric filters, and new ID fans for three coal fired boilers. All three units have been successfully commissioned and performance guarantees met.
Midwestern University
Project includes a spray cooler capable of conversion to SDA, high pressure pulse jet filters, ductwork, supports, access, PLC controls, roof enclosure, erection advisor, and start-up and optimization for coal fired boiler. The unit has been successfully commissioned and performance guarantees met.
Municipal Waste Facility
Included new fabric filters for two MSW Units. The scope includes two high pressure pulse jets, supports, access, ash handling, control logic, turnkey installation (demolition, structural, mechanical, thermal, electrical), and start-up and optimization. The units have been successfully commissioned in July 2008 and achieved all performance guarantees.
Midwest Utility
Project involves a spray dryer absorber and pulse jet fabric filter upgrade for the coal fired boiler. The scope includes a two fluid nozzle scrubber, added high pressure pulse jet module, lime prep system, ductwork, supports, access, ash silo, ash handling system, air compressors, MCC, PLC controls, ID fan, turnkey installation (demolition, foundations, structural, mechanical, thermal, electrical), and start-up and optimization. The equipment was placed into service in two stages in late 2008 and has achieved all performance requirements.
Large Industrial Manuafacturer
The project involves new fabric filters for the three coal fired boilers. The scope includes three high pressure pulse jets, supports, access, shop insulation, controls, and start-up and optimization. The units are in operation and meeting all performance guarantees.
